NetizenWorks 5th Year Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

Thank you for celebrating 5 years of digital success with us! This giveaway aims to support small businesses in the Philippines by providing professionally built websites that elevate their online presence.

Please read these terms carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

• Open to Small businesses only.

• Your business must not exceed ₱3,000,000 in annual gross revenue.
  (We may request a BIR Certificate of Registration, sales summary, or any reasonable proof of size.)

• The person entering must be the owner or an authorized representative of the business.

• Must not be an existing client of NetizenWorks under a current paid website package.

• One entry per business or Facebook page.

2. How to Join

Participants earn points through engagement actions:

• Liking the page is required to qualify.

• Additional actions earn more points and increase your chances of winning.

• The entry form link is provided in the official giveaway post.

3. Prizes

• 1st Prize:
  • Starter Website Package (worth ₱14,000)
  • 2 Years Free Hosting

• 2nd Prize:
  • Starter Website Package (worth ₱14,000)
  • 1 Year Free Hosting

Each package includes:
• Up to 5 custom-designed pages
• Mobile responsiveness
• SEO-ready structure
• Basic contact form and setup
• Secure, fast hosting with support

4. Selection of Winners

• Winners will be determined using a points-based weighted draw (participants with more points have higher chances).

• In case of a tie, NetizenWorks may choose based on business relevance and sincerity of participation.

• Winners will be announced on our Facebook page

5. Conditions for Redemption

• Winners must provide:

  • Business logo, branding preferences, and website content (text + images)

  • A domain name (optional – we can assist if needed)

• The website must be claimed and fully launched within 90 days of winner announcement.

• Hosting is covered for the prize period only. Afterward, winners may choose to continue on a paid plan.

• Sites are built using our Starter Website framework (no custom e-commerce or advanced features unless upgraded).

• No monetary equivalent or cash alternatives.

6. Other Notes

• NetizenWorks reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject incomplete entries, and disqualify spam or fake accounts.

• By entering, you agree to let NetizenWorks showcase your business and website as part of our portfolio and promotional content.

• Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook.
