Data Deletion Instructions

Users who contacted NetizenWorks through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat, email, contact forms, or similar messaging channels may request deletion of personal information we control.

How to request deletion

  1. Email he***@**********ks.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include your name, the email address or phone number used to contact us, the channel used, the approximate date of the conversation, and what information you want deleted.
  3. We may ask you to verify that you control the email address, phone number, or messaging account connected to the request.
  4. After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information from active systems where it is no longer needed and will notify you when the request has been completed.

Information that may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for invoices, payment and accounting records, contracts, active support or project work, security logs, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup retention. Backup copies are removed according to normal backup rotation.

Third-party platforms

Some information may also be controlled by the platform you used to contact us, such as Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, your email provider, or another third-party service. We can delete or anonymize information under NetizenWorks control, but you may also need to use the privacy or deletion tools provided by those platforms.
